Rockingham: Preserving the Harvest

The Rockingham Association is planing a special event “Preserving the Harvest” Food preervation techizues & equipment of the 18th century with Suaan Plaisted of Heart to Harth Cookery.

The event was held in the barn room, with demonstrations of pickling, drying and making hardtack,
